Writing daily to keep you posted about the impact of the Codex meeting here in Bad Neuenahr has kept me busy -very busy - so some important items have piled up that I want to share with you. Please make sure that your contacts get his email since it covers so many important items. When you send it on to your list, please write a one or two sentence header telling people that you support the Natural Solutions Foundation and that you would like them to sign up for the Health Freedom Alerts and get involved in protecting Health Freedom just as you have.

Who Owns Your Body? A Fundamental Question

We have asked each of the Presidential candidates to answer that question by telling us their position on 19 vitally important Health Freedom Questions (http://salsa.democracyinaction.org/o/568/campaign.jsp?campaign_KEY=13881). Months ago Mike Gravel's campaign director begged us to stop sending faxes saying that our questions would be answered in 3 weeks. Well, 86,012 faxes later, we are still waiting.

If Mike Gravel wants our donations and our support,and our votes, we need his answers.

Barak Obama's campaign pleaded with us, too, to stop the deluge of faxes and promised us the same thing: we would have the answers to our questions very shortly and thanks so much for our interest, etc. End result? Not enough faxes have hit the machine to make a difference yet. No answers. To me the equation is simple: no answer = no dollars = no confidence =votes

If we want a president, or even a presidential candidate, who takes your issues seriously, you need to make sure that your candidate hears you. As the old story goes about the man who bought a mule and came back complaining to the man he bought it from that the mule wouldn't work for him, the first farmer said that there was a secret but he would charge $10 more to tell it to the mule's new owner. Reluctantly, the mule's new owner paid the former owner another $10. The former owner leaned over and whispered into the new owner's ear,

"First, get a 2x4!"

2Well, our faxes and emails and phone calls are our 2X4! Out strength is in our grassroots numbers. Because when we can command enough attention through the volume of our collective voices, we can make a difference. Hundreds of Maryland Parents

Arrested for Not Vaccinating Their Children

Remember Laurie Jessop, the California mom who was arrested for NOT treating her son's already cured melanoma with deadly chemotherapy? Well, that's not a isolated incident.

Thousands, yes, you read that correctly: "thousands", of parents in Maryland are being menaced, and, more significantly yet, their children are being threatened with serious harm, by the arrogance of the State of Maryland. If you think that control of your body (and that of your child) is not an economic issue, consider that vaccination is tremendously profitable ONLY if carried out in huge numbers. Consider: if vaccination is so effective against disease, why does EVERY person have to be vaccinated to "protect" the people who are already vaccinated from the disease? Vaccines are dangerous and do not prevent the diseases against which they are purported to provide protection. "BARDA" is no longer up for a vote but the issues are exactly the same today.

That's why it makes sense to ask the men and woman running for President what they will do if elected to return power over your body to you.

How About Population Experimentation by the Government Without Your Consent?

So just whose body is it, anyway?

As weird as it sounds, the US Government has been conducting experiments on unsuspecting civillian populations with dangerous substances and organisms for over 60 years. If you take a moment to watch the following video clip http://www.youtube.com/watch?v =okB-489l6MI
you will note that the reporter says that the practice of experimenting on the US population was halted when Congress said, "Enough!" and passed the Restrictions to US Code, Title 50, Chapter 32, Section 1520, Title 50 -- WAR AND NATIONAL DEFENSE, CHAPTER 32 -- CHEMICAL AND BIOLOGICAL WARFARE PROGRAM in April, 2000. The exemptions say:

    "Subject to subsections (c), (d), and (e) of this section, the

prohibition in subsection (a) of this section does not apply to a test

or experiment carried out for any of the following purposes:

        (1) Any peaceful purpose that is related to a medical,

    therapeutic, pharmaceutical, agricultural, industrial, or research

    activity.

        (2) Any purpose that is directly related to protection against

    toxic chemicals or biological weapons and agents.

        (3) Any law enforcement purpose, including any purpose related

    to riot control."

And then state:

   "(c) Informed consent required

 	The Secretary of Defense may conduct a test or experiment described

in subsection (b) of this section only if informed consent to the

testing was obtained from each human subject in advance of the testing

on that subject." but, in fact, with prior notice to Congress or, per FDA regulation,

prior notice to the local police force (which they are forbidden to share with the

impacted public", such tests may take place at the discretion of the government.

Oh, by the way, what is a "Biological Agent"?

Here's what the Code says it is:

(e) ``Biological agent'' defined      In this section, the term ``biological agent''

means any micro- organism (including bacteria, viruses, fungi,

rickettsiac, or protozoa), pathogen, or infectious substance, and any

naturally occurring, bioengineered, or synthesized component of

any such micro-organism, pathogen, or infectious substance, whatever its o

rigin or method of production, that is capable of causing--

(1) death, disease, or other biological malfunction in a human, an animal,

a plant, or another living organism;

(2) deterioration of food, water, equipment, supplies, or

materials of any kind; or

(3) deleterious alteration of the environment."

All This is Fine With You? Then Please Do Nothing.

On the other hand, if you are not happy with these consequences of

government ownership of your body, it might be the best possible time

to get involved with protecting your own health freedom

and that of everyone else on the planet. That's what the

Natural Solutions Foundation is doing every day. But we can only
